With sand beneath you\, a picturesque view and warm ocean breezes\, you will enjoy one hour of strengthening and lengthening your body while calming the mind.\n\n\n\nBring a towel or yoga mat and a bottle of water. Mats will be at least 6 feet apart to observe social distancing rules. Please sign up in advance since space is limited.\n\n\n\nWe ask that you practice all local and state guidelines for wearing a mask to come onto and to leave the beach\, however a mask is not required during the yoga class.
