DESCRIPTION:An all levels yoga class with Treetop Yoga instructor\, Alli Pinkin. Enjoy ocean and harbor views as you listen to the sounds of nature around you and enjoy gentle sea breezes. An active one hour class that will help you strengthen and lengthen your body while using breath to calm the mind. Please bring a yoga mat or towel to practice on as well as a bottle of water. Space is limited so pre-registration is required. \n\n\n\nClasses on Wednesday meet at the end of the Boulevard just before the entrance to Stage Fort Park. Meet on the harbor side of the tennis courts near the flower gardens to set up on the grassy area looking out at the water. Plenty of parking on Western Avenue.\n\n\n\nParticipants will spread out 6 feet apart to observe social distancing rules. Please follow state and local guidelines for mask wearing as you approach the practice area and leave.
