DESCRIPTION:Please join us and celebrate the beginning of the Fall Season by experiencing the deep relaxation of Restorative Yoga combined with the balancing of your energy and meridians with Acupuncture. As we transition into the Fall season. It is important to strengthen the body and mind and immune system.\n\n\n\nEach participant will be positioned in a very comfortable restorative pose while acupuncture will be done on meridian points below the elbows and knees to treat the entire body. (And yes\, this will relieve your aching bact etc.) While the treatment is going on\, you will be lead through a gentle meditation and some Reiki and Cranial Sacral treatments. You will be surrounded by other people quietly receiving treatment at the same time. If you are new to acupuncture\, this is a great way to get introduced. \n\n\n\nStephanie Greenough became a licensed acupuncturist in 2013\, she received her Master's of Acupunture from New England School of Acupuncture where she studied both Chinese and Japanese styles. Also a barre and Yoga instructor\, she focuses on wellness of the body\, mind and soul.\n\n\n\nWyndee Egan\, RYT 200 hr from Yoga Spirit and is a certified Restorative Yoga trainer with Judith Lassaier - Relax and Renew Yoga.
