These modalities free up stagnant energies within the physical\, emotional\, and mental bodies. This process presents an opportunity to let go of the old and welcome the new. Studies have shown that healing is most effective when done in a nurturing group setting. In this workshop students will hold supported yogic postures for an extended period of time while receiving a an acupuncture treatment\n\nThe practices of acupuncture and yoga amplify each other's benefits.
