DESCRIPTION:Power of Play is a free day of play for all ages\, hosted by Gloucester Education Foundation and run by a powerhouse team of community and student volunteers. The event centers around hands-on\, low-tech family activities and is designed to be welcoming to a broad spectrum of ages\, ability levels\, and learning styles. It would take us all day to name all of the awesome activities at Power of Play\, but here are a few: live band freeze dance\, martial arts\, a community fish mural\, make-your-own sensory jars\, giant box fort-building\, touch and feel tables\, an infant/toddler wiggle zone\, and new this year: science activities all about the human body!
