The series began in 2017 and has continued to evolve over time. Most of the works on display have been completed in the past few months. The subject matter of farm animals was chosen to explore the beauty of animals commonly viewed as a source of labor and/or food. One of the most crucial parts of this series is the use of eye contact between the animals and the viewer. This focus creates a direct confrontation that prompts the question "who is looking at who?"\n\n \n\nLindsay received her BA in Art History from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2018.
