DESCRIPTION:This is a walking tour of unique and fabulous properties in the charming village of Annisquam. Wander between small and large private properties\, some professionally designed and others lovingly planted over many years by their owners. There is something for everyone. Enter the village by the footbridge and be carried away by the historic buildings\, impressive flowers and sweeping views. This is a self-guided walking only tour with many volunteers drawn from all of the Cape Ann Garden Clubs working as ''garden sitters'' and guides.\nTickets are $25 per person. This year's tickets are limited. Buy online in advance at www.GloucesterGardenTour.org or send a check to Generous Gardeners PO Box 1532\, Gloucester\, MA 01930. Checks must be received by July 9th. Sorry\, no pets allowed. This year's tour proceeds will be used to repair and expand the Stacy Boulevard gardens as they will be affected by the seawall project. LOCATION:32 Cherry Street\, Gloucester\, MA 01930 On the day of the tour\, pick up your ticket/booklet with maps and descriptions at the O’Maley Middle School\, 32 Cherry Street\, Gloucester\, MA 01930. Participants must park in the free parking lot at the school and ride the shuttle bus to the Annisquam footbridge to begin the tour. There is absolutely no parking available in Annisquam.
