We have been married for 31 years.\n\nI starting my banking career in 1989 as a part time teller at the Ipswich Cooperative Bank\, I moved to the First National Bank of Ipswich in 1990\, for a full time position as a teller in their Essex Branch. I learned many aspects of banking through out my 25 years at First National Bank of Ipswich. I started as a teller\, moved up to Head teller\, Assistant Branch Manager\, Branch Manager. Then in 1997\, I got the opportunity to manager the Bookkeeping Division and worked in the back office for two years. That was a great learning experience for my career\, making sense of how every transaction works start to finish and has made a difference of how I manage my staff even today. I realized that I was NOT a back office person are really needed to be out with people and helping them with their banking needs. In 1999\, I moved back to the Essex branch where I became the Branch Operations Supervisor.
