Come for the whole evening\, or register in advance for a session of Reiki. Offered through light touch while fully clothed\, either lying or sitting. Reiki helps create a relaxed state (mind and body) for greater feelings of calm\, comfort and a sense of inner peace. Monthly Community Reiki Shares are held 'first Tuesdays' at the Manchester Community Center\, Manchester -by-the-Sea. $20.00 suggested donation. Portion of the proceeds support local charities. This month we are partnering with the Reid R. Sacco Foundation. www.cancerinyoungadults.org.
