As the longest night arrives & winter begins, we’re invited into stillness...
Join us at Revive for a grounding Seasonal Yin Yoga practice honoring the Winter Solstice—a sacred pause in the turning of the year. In this slow, nourishing practice:
- Long-held yin postures and deep breathwork will support the body’s water element, hydrating fascia and lubricating the joints.
- Class includes meditation, essential oils, and optional gentle Reiki or Polarity Therapy to help you soften into ease.
- Ending with deep rest for 20 minutes in the salt cave
