Description
The Spirit of Ireland, a four-course Irish spirits pairing dinner, takes place on March 19th at 6:00PM and features Drumshanbo spirits from The Shed Distillery. This guided evening pairs thoughtfully prepared courses with crafted cocktails, showcasing the character of Irish gin, vodka, and Single Pot Still whiskey. From Smoked Fish Pâté and Poached Salmon to Beef and Stout Pie and Chocolate Guinness Cake, each pairing is designed to complement and elevate the flavors of the spirits.
